I have a solution for you, but the Optronics LED RV Exterior Scene Light # UCL41CB is designed to work on 12v power only, so it's not going to work on a 110v/120v feed. Unfortunately all of the lights we've got for this application are going to be 12v lights.

For the Furrion Ducted RV Range Hood with Light # FHO23SACRBL you're going to want to use the Ventline Exterior Wall Vent for RV Range Hood - Locking Damper # V2111-55.
This vent will fit in 10-1/2" wide x 3-3/4" tall rough openings and has a collar depth of 1-3/4", but you'll want to measure your trailer's walls to determine the collar depth first. If it turns out you have 5/8" collar, then you'd want to use # V2111-03 instead.

To determine the correct ladder, measure from the top of the RV down the rear wall until you reach the point where you'd like the ladder to attach. Add 7 inches to that distance, and you'll get the proper height ladder.

We do have some options available to replace exterior shower compartment doors but they fit only fit specific compartments though. Door # PF267001 fits Phoenix faucet exterior RV shower box # PF266201 and # PF267002 fits the shower box # PF266701. These are the only available options that we have. There won't be a way to retrofit old incandescent lights to work with LED lights, so you will need to replace your existing lights. I also am not able to cross reference any of the part numbers you mentioned, but the dimensions are helpful.

I do have a solution for you, but unfortunately there are no fit guides when it comes to ladders for trailers. This is something that manufacturers typically do not keep a record of either.
I recommend looking at the Stromberg Carlson RV Exterior Ladder, part # LA-401 for Silver or part # LA-401BA for Black, which is 99-1/2" tall x 12" wide but can be cut to accommodate a specific length.

Considering how you'll likely be using this, if you don't already have an auxilliary battery on your trailer, you'll need to add one. You'll want a 12v battery, which can be sourced from a number of different places, but I recommend something that can at least handle around 50 amp hours.
